Submitting an enquiry does not create a consultancy, training or other engagement and does not guarantee that a service is available. Any work, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and timing are agreed separately in writing.
Property and investment outcomes
Property investments involve risk. Rental income, occupancy, capital appreciation and resale outcomes are not guaranteed. Any analysis depends on the scope agreed, the evidence available and the assumptions stated.
Academy programmes
Programme dates, delivery format, instructor arrangements, learner support, assessment requirements and final fees are confirmed before enrolment opens. Completion certificates, where offered, do not imply external accreditation, statutory licensing or professional registration unless verified and expressly stated.
Professional Network
The stated membership fee is USD 100 as a one-time payment, with no automatic recurring charge. Access duration, specific entitlements, moderation, refunds and other membership terms must be published before payment is accepted. This website does not currently accept membership payments.
