How website enquiries are handled.
This notice describes the current enquiry-form workflow. The organisation’s legal identity, retention period and final privacy terms must be confirmed before public launch.
Information submitted through forms
Depending on the form, the website may receive your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, enquiry topic, property or project location, timeframe, training interests, preferred contact method and message. Please do not submit identity documents, account details or other sensitive information through a general enquiry form.
How the information is used
Form submissions are transmitted to the site server and sent to hello@subleasingkenya.com so the team can review and respond. The current website implementation does not save submissions to a website database. Email delivery is handled by Resend; the hosting provider may process technical request metadata.
Retention and service providers
The retention period and the organisation’s documented deletion process have not been supplied. These must be set before launch. Review the applicable terms and data-processing arrangements for the email and hosting providers, including any relevant processing locations.
Cookies and analytics
This implementation does not intentionally load analytics or marketing-tracking scripts. Essential technical processing by the site host and email provider may still occur.
