Our work
Our Approach to Client Work
We describe the nature of work undertaken only when project evidence and publication permission are available. Until then, this page explains how an engagement is approached.
An accountable process
Evidence, scope and permission come first.
A case study should describe actual work and supported outcomes. We do not publish invented projects, client results or testimonials.
- 01
Project context and objective
Understand the property, the decision to be made and the client’s intended outcome.
- 02
Scope and responsibilities
Agree the work, deliverables, information requirements, timing, fees and any specialist input.
- 03
Method and evidence
Review available information, document assumptions and identify relevant gaps and limitations.
- 04
Work and deliverables
Complete the analysis or practical outputs that are expressly included in the agreed scope.
- 05
Findings and next steps
Present supported findings, unresolved questions and appropriate next actions without overstating outcomes.
Publication standard
Any future case study will identify client attribution and permission where applicable, the actual scope completed, outcomes supported by evidence and relevant limitations.
Discuss a requirement
Begin with the question you need to answer.
Tell us about the project or decision. We will clarify whether it fits an appropriate scope.
